Isabellenhütte Heusler acquires Rathgeber GmbH

With the acquisition of Rathgeber GmbH and its subsidiary Rathgeber Kft. on December 1, 2024, Isabellenhütte marks another important milestone in its corporate history. This acquisition not only strengthens production capacities, but also opens up a new market segment through the integration of temperature controllers. At the same time, expertise in the areas of stamping and toolmaking will be expanded, while central supply chains will be secured in the long term.
